03Slack
Single workspace connection per Mama workspace. Once connected, any saved search, signal rule, or brief share can route to any Slack channel you have access to.
Slack formatting is configurable: compact (1-line) or expanded (full brief preview with action buttons). Action buttons let teammates jump to the brief or push to CRM directly from Slack.
04Email
Email push uses Mama's outbound SMTP. No connection required.
- Brief share emails: send a brief to a teammate or external collaborator
- Digest emails: daily/weekly digest of saved-search matches
- Alert emails: real-time signal alerts
All emails are sent from [email protected] with workspace branding. Custom sender address available on Company tier.
05Webhooks
Pro+ tier. Configure a destination URL per saved search, signal rule, or brief event. Mama POSTs JSON payloads with HMAC-SHA256 signature for verification.
Failed deliveries retry 3× with exponential backoff. After 3 fails, the delivery moves to a "failed" queue you can inspect + manually retrigger.
06CSV exports
Export any list view to CSV — accounts, signals, briefs metadata, decision-makers. Configurable column set. Up to 50K rows per export.
Scheduled CSV exports (e.g., weekly export of new accounts) available via webhook (Pro+) or email digest (all tiers).
07Storage destinations
- Google Drive — push CSV exports directly to a connected Drive folder
- Notion — push briefs as Notion database rows (Company+ tier)
