Draft opener

Hi Priya — congrats on the Series C and the VP Data move. Saw your team shifted Redshift → Snowflake in March. We help RevOps teams who made that exact migration cut warehouse refresh from 4h to 12 min. Worth 15 min before Q3 locks?

Why SDRs install it on day one

Stop the tab juggle. Brief where you prospect.

The Mama dashboard is the operating system. The extension is the way SDRs actually use it — on the page where they're already working.

Never leave LinkedIn

One click. The brief slides in beside the page you're already on — no new tab, no copy-paste, no losing your place in the search results. The fastest research-to-outreach loop on the market.

Verified people, not maybe-emails

Every brief ends at 1–3 ranked decision-makers with SMTP-verified email pills (green < 7d · amber 7–21d · rose 21d+). No more leaving Mama to find a contact in Apollo.

Draft opener, ready to send

The signal + the voice + the person → a 3-line opener you can copy or push straight to your sequencer. Predicted reply rate on every draft.

✦ New in v0.2

Four upgrades that compound the wedge. One install away.

01

3-tone draft opener

Stop regenerating until you hit a tone you like. Three variants — Cold (direct, signal-led), Warm (soft, value-first), Curious (question-first, opens dialogue) — render at once, each with its own predicted reply rate. Tab between them, copy the one that fits this prospect.

02

Recently-briefed strip

SDRs work in batches — Sentry, then Stripe, then back to Sentry. The last 5 briefed companies sit as quick-jump pills at the bottom of the panel. Click any chip to reload that brief without ever leaving LinkedIn. Persists across sessions.

03

Bulk-save from LinkedIn search

On any LinkedIn search results page, a strip appears at the top: "Save these 25 companies to Mama as a list". Pick a list or create a new one, click save, done. Turns LinkedIn's free search into a Mama list builder — zero copy-paste, zero CSV exports.

/search/results/companies/* + /people/*
04

Inline ICP highlight on profiles

Open any LinkedIn profile and a small Mama badge appears next to their name: ICP fit score (green ≥85, violet ≥70, grey otherwise), a "Decision-maker" tag if they match the buyer rubric, and "In [Account] brief" if they're already saved. No click needed — Mama becomes visible where you're already looking.

How it works

From LinkedIn page to first-line draft in under 6 seconds.

Open any LinkedIn page

Company page, profile, or Sales Navigator entry. The Mama bubble appears in the bottom-right corner. You don't need to be logged into Mama — the extension handles auth in the side panel.

Click the Mama bubble

Or hit ⌘⇧M from anywhere. The side panel slides in. Mama detects the company from the page URL, queries your workspace, and starts rendering signals.

Read · copy · push

Signals, decision-makers, voice quote, draft opener — in 6 seconds. Copy the opener, push the contact to your sequencer, or open the full brief in the Mama dashboard for deeper work.

Privacy + permissions

What Mama touches. What Mama doesn't.

We're an SDR tool, not a surveillance product. Here's the exact line.

What the extension does
  • Reads the URL + visible page title on linkedin.com pages — to detect which company you're on.
  • Injects one floating bubble in the bottom-right corner of LinkedIn pages.
  • Opens a side panel that queries your authenticated Mama workspace for the brief.
  • Stores your auth session in Chrome's extension storage (per-device, encrypted).
  • Pro+ only: with explicit opt-in, ingests public posts in your LinkedIn feed for Orbit.
×What the extension never does
  • ×Never sends messages, connection requests, or InMails on your behalf — ever.
  • ×Never auto-likes, auto-follows, or auto-engages with any LinkedIn content.
  • ×Never scrapes private DMs, conversations, or anything inside the LinkedIn messaging surface.
  • ×Never logs in as you, automates clicks, or simulates user actions on LinkedIn.
  • ×Never reads pages outside linkedin.com. host_permissions is locked to LinkedIn only.
FAQ

Questions before you install.

Will LinkedIn ban my account for using this?

No. The extension reads the URL of pages you visit — that's it. It doesn't simulate clicks, scrape connection lists, send messages, or do any of the things that get LinkedIn accounts flagged. It's the same as you reading the page yourself, just with a button that opens our research panel beside it.

Do I need a paid Mama plan to use the extension?

The extension is free with every Mama plan including Solo ($49/mo). Without a Mama account, the side panel shows the install/signup CTA only. The Orbit LinkedIn ingestion feature requires Pro ($249/mo) or higher.

Why not just use the Mama dashboard?

You should — for deep research, lookalikes, push-center, and team collaboration. The extension solves a different problem: when you're already scrolling LinkedIn (which SDRs do all day), the friction of switching to a new tab kills momentum. Bubble → panel → opener keeps you in the flow.

What permissions does the manifest ask for?

sidePanel (to open the brief), contextMenus (right-click → Open in Mama), storage (to remember your session), activeTab (to read the LinkedIn URL when you ask for a brief), and host_permissions: linkedin.com (scoped to LinkedIn only). No tabs permission, no <all_urls>, nothing broad.

Can I assign the keyboard shortcut?

Yes. Default is ⌘⇧M (Mac) / Ctrl+Shift+M (Windows/Linux). Customize at chrome://extensions/shortcuts — useful if you already have something on that combo.

Will it slow down LinkedIn?

The content script is < 5 KB and runs on document_idle (after LinkedIn finishes loading). The side panel only opens when you ask for it — no background polling, no telemetry beacons, no auto-loading of briefs as you scroll.

Firefox? Safari? Edge?

Edge works today (it's Chromium-based — same install path). Firefox is on the roadmap behind a manifest-v2 fallback build. Safari extensions require a different distribution path (App Store) — we'll evaluate after we hit 1,000 active Chrome installs.

Ready to never leave LinkedIn again?

Add the extension in under 30 seconds. Works with any Mama plan, including the $49/mo Solo tier.
