Push & exports — data going out.
Everything leaving Mama goes through this screen. CRM push (5 connectors), Slack delivery, CSV exports, webhook destinations. Per-destination configuration, push history, retry on failure.

02CRM push detail
Per-connector field mapping. Each CRM has a defaults preset (e.g., HubSpot: push headline to Activity Note, signals to a custom JSON property). You can override field-by-field.
Two-way sync is opt-in per connector. Default is one-way out (Mama → CRM). Two-way means CRM changes flow back to Mama (e.g., closed-won status updates archetype scoring).

03Slack delivery
Connect your Slack workspace once. Per-destination you pick:
- Channel: where messages land
- Trigger: signal type, saved-search match, brief push, manual share
- Format: compact (1-line) or expanded (full brief preview)
- Frequency: instant / hourly digest / daily digest
04CSV exports
Export any list view to CSV — accounts, signals, briefs metadata, decision-makers. Configurable column set. Up to 50K rows per export.
For larger exports or scheduled recurring exports, use webhook (Pro+) or contact us.
05Webhook destinations (Pro+)
Real-time HTTP POST to your URL on any Mama event. Configurable event filters (e.g., "send to me only on combo-signal matches with ICP > 80").
Payload is JSON. Signing key in HMAC-SHA256 header for verification. Failed deliveries retry 3× then go to a "failed" queue you can inspect and manually re-trigger.
06Push history and retries
Every push is logged. The history view shows: destination, what was pushed, when, status (success / pending / failed). Click any failed entry to see the error response and manually retry.
Mama auto-retries failures 3 times with exponential backoff (1min, 5min, 25min). After 3 fails, the push goes to "failed" and a workspace alert fires.
