Bulk save — list-build from LinkedIn.

Run a LinkedIn search, toolbar appears at the top of the results. Checkbox the prospects you want, click Save. They're added to your Mama accounts (with companies auto-resolved). The single highest-leverage feature in the extension — usually discovered in week 2 and immediately wished-for-earlier.

TL;DR

Goes to any LinkedIn search results page. The Mama bulk-save toolbar injects at the top. Checkbox prospects (or Select all on page), pick a target Saved list or create new, click Save. Companies are auto-resolved — Mama looks up the company per prospect and saves both. Up to 25 per save action. Works on Sales Navigator searches too.

01What bulk save does

The extension injects a toolbar on LinkedIn search results pages (regular search + Sales Navigator). Each result row gets a checkbox. Pick any combination, choose a destination Mama list, click Save — the prospects + their resolved companies are added to your workspace in one action.

This compresses a 30-minute list-build into 2 minutes.

02The save flow, step by step

  1. Run a LinkedIn search. Standard people search, Sales Navigator search, or filtered results — all work.
  2. The Mama toolbar appears at the top of the results. If you don't see it, the extension may need a page refresh.
  3. Checkbox the prospects. Click individual checkboxes or "Select all on page" for the visible 10.
  4. Choose a destination: existing Saved list, new Saved list, or send to "Inbox" for triage later.
  5. Click Save N. Mama processes in background — confirmation banner appears in ~3 seconds.

03Auto-resolving the company

Per saved prospect, Mama looks up the current company from LinkedIn and creates/updates the corresponding account in your workspace. Both the person and the company are saved.

If the company resolution fails (rare — about 2% of LinkedIn profiles), Mama saves the person anyway and flags the company as "needs resolution." You can manually resolve from the Inbox screen.

04Limits per action

  • Per save action: up to 25 prospects
  • Per day: 200 prospects (Free), 1,000 (Pro), unlimited (Company)
  • Pagination: save 25, click "next page," save 25 more — no inter-page state needed

If you need to bulk-save more than the per-action limit at once, use CSV upload via the Accounts screen instead.

05Sales Navigator support

Sales Nav results are supported but with slightly different selectors. The Mama toolbar adapts automatically.

Sales Nav-specific behavior: lead lists save with the Sales Nav list context attached (so you can filter by source later). Account lists save the companies directly without per-person processing.

06Common mistakes

Not discovering bulk save until month 2
Most users discover this in week 6+ and wish they'd known sooner. Try it on day 1 — run a search, see the toolbar appear.
Saving 200 prospects without an ICP filter on the search
Saving a 200-row dump from a vague LinkedIn search creates 200 low-fit accounts that clog your queue. Tighten the LinkedIn filter first — title + company size + location at minimum.
Forgetting to set a destination list
Saving to "Inbox" is fine for triage, but if you have a Q3 target list, save directly there. Reassigning later is extra clicks.
