02Free tier — what's included

The free tier is not a 14-day trial. It's permanent. The constraints are real:

  • 10 briefs / month — enough to evaluate but not to operate
  • 1 seat — no team collaboration
  • 3 saved searches — enough for personal monitoring
  • 50 Orbit slots — meaningful relationship tracking

What's NOT in free: custom bots, API access, all sequencer connectors (just HubSpot, Slack, CSV).

Free is enough to: evaluate the product, run a small personal outbound motion, track relationships you care about. Not enough to: scale a sales org or build automated workflows.

03Pro tier — what's included

$49 / seat / month. Most teams land here. Annual saves ~17%.

What unlocks at Pro:

  • Unlimited briefs
  • All 5 CRM connectors + all 8 sequencer connectors + Slack + webhook + Notion
  • Custom bots (5)
  • API access (beta)
  • Workspace-shared saved searches
  • 500 Orbit slots per seat
  • 90-day audit log retention
  • 24-hour email support

Most common upgrade trigger: hitting the 10-brief monthly cap on Free, usually in week 2-3.

04Company tier — what's included

Custom pricing — contact [email protected]. Usually mid-five-figures annually for teams 25+.

What unlocks at Company:

  • Everything in Pro
  • Unlimited seats, saved searches, Orbit, custom bots
  • Custom SAML SSO
  • 1-year audit log retention
  • Dedicated CSM with shared Slack channel
  • API SLA (uptime + latency commitments)
  • Custom DPA, security review, vendor questionnaire support
  • Onboarding workshop + workspace setup

05Annual vs monthly

Both Pro and Company support annual billing. Annual is ~17% cheaper than monthly (effectively 2 months free).

Switch between monthly and annual at any time. Annual locks the per-seat price for 12 months. If you downsize seats mid-year, the saved cost is credited toward the next renewal.

06Upgrade flow

Settings → Billing → "Change plan" → pick new tier → confirm. Free → Pro is one-click; payment method required. Pro → Company routes through sales (custom contracts).

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.

07Downgrade flow

Same screen. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep the higher tier until then. Data is retained on downgrade; you just lose feature access (custom bots disabled, extra saved searches archived, etc.) until you re-upgrade.

Cancel-entirely (delete workspace) is a 30-day grace period with 14-day undo window.

08Common mistakes

Staying on Free past month 1 to "test"
If you've sent 5+ Mama-sourced cold emails and seen any reply lift, the product works for you. The 10-brief cap on Free becomes the binding constraint. Upgrade.
Going monthly when annual is obviously the right call
If you're committed for 6+ months, annual saves 17%. Calculate it: monthly × 12 vs annual × 1.
Buying Company for 5 seats
Pro is usually right up to ~25 seats. Company is for teams that need SSO + audit + dedicated CSM, not just bigger limits.
