For outbound teams

One brief. Five SDRs. Same close rate.

When reps build research differently, your worst rep's day sets the floor for the team. Mama gives every SDR the same brief from the same shared ICP — so consistency stops being a meeting you have, and starts being the default.

A week your manager can actually see.

Same brief, same ICP, same five reps. The week below is a real cadence — locked Monday, attributed Friday.

Mon
ICP locked. 250 accounts loaded. Queue split.
Asif (Manager) opens the workspace, edits the shared ICP for the quarter, and uploads 250 accounts. Mama splits the queue across the five reps by territory — ~50 accounts each. Briefs queue up overnight.
Manager
Tue
Briefs ready · reps work the queue.
7:30 AM, every rep opens their queue and finds 50 briefs waiting. Same template, same ICP, same signal hierarchy. Mama refreshes hourly — anything that changes overnight (new funding, new exec, new tech) gets re-flagged before the rep clicks send.
Wed
Manager check-in · coaching from real briefs.
Asif skims the manager view. Notices Diego's reply rate is dragging — opens Priya's top-converting brief and shares it as the team's "good example." No more guessing what the best reps are actually saying.
Manager
Thu
Replies coming in · signals tag themselves.
As replies land, Mama tags each one back to the signal type that triggered the brief. Hiring signals pulling 18% reply rate this week — the highest. Funding sits at 14%. Tech at 11%. Manager has a chart, not a hunch.
Fri
Pipeline review · 14 meetings booked.
All 14 meetings attributed back to signal type and rep. Hiring 6, Funding 4, Tech 3, Exec 1. Manager exports the team report in one click — same numbers their VP saw on the dashboard all week, just packaged.

Wk +1
ICP tightens for next 250.
Based on what's converting, Asif tightens the shared ICP — narrows Series stage, adds two new signal types. Monday morning, every rep wakes up to a sharper queue. No retraining meeting required.

One Monday lock from a manager. Five reps reading the same brief all week.

The math of five reps reading the same brief.

Variance is the silent killer of outbound teams. Standardize the input, and the floor moves with the ceiling.

New rep opens the same queue, reads the same brief. Ash booked their first meeting in week one — not month two.

With Mama Tagged

Every meeting tagged back to the signal type that triggered the brief. You finally know what's working — by signal, not by hunch.

Lives between your CRM and your sequencer.

Mama doesn't replace the stack you spent two years configuring. She sits in the middle, where the research used to.

Step 1 · Your tools
Accounts, ICP, and the team's tools.
CRM has your accounts. The shared ICP doc your VP signed off on. The sequencer your team already lives in. Everything you already pay for.
Salesforce HubSpot Shared ICP
Step 2 · Mama
Syncs accounts. Watches signals. Writes the brief.
Mama pulls accounts in from your CRM, monitors 20+ signal sources 24/7, and writes the same brief from the same ICP for every account in your team's queue. Refreshes hourly.
Mama 20+ sources Hourly refresh
Step 3 · Output
Rep queue, manager view, sequencer push.
Each rep opens their queue Monday morning. Manager sees the same data from the manager view. Briefs push straight into Outreach or Salesloft. CRM gets the activity log back.
Outreach Salesloft Apollo
No new tab for the reps. No new dashboard for the manager. Mama sends briefs into the tools your team already opens every morning — and pulls meetings booked back so attribution is automatic.

Team questions

What every sales manager asks before they roll it out.

Real questions from real managers. Pricing details live on the pricing page; brief mechanics live on the product page.

Every brief generated by every rep, in one view. Filter by rep, signal type, ICP fit, reply outcome, or meeting booked. Click into any individual brief to see exactly what your rep saw before they hit send. You get a per-rep KPI strip (briefs / reply rate / meetings), team-wide signal-mix charts, and a one-click export for your pipeline review. It's the same data your VP wants every Friday — you just don't have to assemble it.
Yes. Add a seat at any time — the new rep gets prorated billing and immediate access to the shared workspace and ICP. Remove a seat, and we credit the unused portion to your next invoice. No "annual seat lock" tricks, no minimum-team-size penalties. If you fire an SDR Tuesday, you stop paying for that seat Tuesday.
The workspace owner (usually the manager) locks the shared ICP. Reps can filter their queue by territory or segment, but they can't change the ICP definition itself. This is intentional — the entire point is consistency. If a rep needs a different ICP for a side project, they can use Solo on their personal account; Team workspaces stay on the manager's definition. You can also create multiple ICPs inside one Team workspace if you run multiple plays (e.g., enterprise vs. mid-market).
Yes — native integrations with both. Pull accounts directly from your CRM into a Mama queue, push the brief and the meeting booked back as activity records on the account. Field mappings are configurable. For HubSpot we sync to "Companies"; for Salesforce we sync to "Accounts" by default but can be mapped to "Leads" if that's how your org runs outbound. All sync logs are visible in the manager view.
Native integrations with Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Smartlead, and Lemlist. Push a single brief, push a whole queue, or wire up auto-push by ICP fit score. Mama writes the opener (and optionally the follow-ups); the sequencer handles the actual sending, scheduling, and reply detection. Your existing sequencer rules — send caps, warm-up, throttling — still apply unchanged.
Most teams have a new rep sending personalized outbound on their first day. The training material is the brief itself — open the queue, read three briefs, understand the format, start sending. You skip the 4–6 weeks of "shadow a senior rep, learn the research process, build your own template, get your manager to QA it." With Mama, the senior reps' research is the new rep's research. We've seen new SDRs book their first meeting in week one.
SSO (Google + Okta + Microsoft) is included on Team and Pro at no extra cost. SOC 2 Type II report is available under NDA from [email protected]. We can fill out vendor security questionnaires (CAIQ, custom) within 5 business days. Full subprocessor list, DPA, and data residency options are documented at signalmama.com/security.
