Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier (100 accounts, all 47 signal types, briefs, CRM sync) doesn't ask for a card. Ever. When you outgrow it and want Team or Pro, we'll ask for one then.
Which CRMs do you support?
Native: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Attio. More on the way (Copper, Zoho). If yours isn't listed, the Pro tier API works with any CRM. Full list of integrations →
Is my CRM data safe?
Read-only by default — Mama can't write to your CRM until you opt in. Encrypted at rest (AES-256), in transit (TLS 1.3), and never used for training. See the full security posture →

Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes, any time. Paid plans are monthly, no annual lock-in unless you ask for one (some teams want it for budgeting reasons). Downgrade to free keeps your workspace and the first 100 accounts; cancel deletes everything within 30 days.
