Generate a signal-anchored cold email opener in 90 seconds.
Pick a signal type, fill four fields, copy the result. Same 6-line frame Mama drafts every opener with — the version that gets 12–19% reply rates in our consultancy archive vs. ~3% on generic openers. Read the playbook for why the frame works.

How this works
Every opener uses the same 6-line frame.
The tool above swaps in your signal type and your fields. The structure is the same across every signal type and every campaign — what changes is the specific evidence you put in each line. Memorize the frame, swap the variables.
Line 1
Signal sentence
One specific line naming the event. Specific = a number, a date, a name, or a quote. Vague is forbidden.
Line 2
Consequence sentence
The second-order effect you expect them to be dealing with right now. "Which usually means…" or "That timing tends to push…"
Line 3
Bridge line
What you do, only true because L2 is true. If the bridge would work without the signal, the bridge is wrong.
Line 4
Proof line
One concrete reference — a similar-stage client, a specific outcome, a public artifact. Optional — skip if it forces a name-drop.
Line 5
Specific ask
Yes/no question or one-click ask. "Want me to send the 4-line summary?" beats "Are you free for 15 min?" 3-to-1 on reply rate.
Line 6
Signoff
First name only. No title block, no banner, no PS. The signoff is the cheapest line in the email — keep it that way.
Want the full breakdown? The playbook walks through 4 worked examples (funding / exec move / hiring / stack change), shows real reply-rate data, and lists the 3 anti-patterns that kill the frame even when it's structurally right.
